| The first car with pop-up headlamps. If you want to learn more about Errett Lobban Cord and the cars that carried his name I highly recommend "Cord 810/812 The Timeless Classic" by Josh Malks. It is a very informative read and has great factory photographs as well as many others. Check out Mr. Malk's CordNet site as well. I also suggest going to the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana. I hope to make it there someday for their Labor Day week-long festivities.  |
